Hello 2021! Everyone at Valeriana would like to wish you a happy new year! Even though, admittedly, the new year has pretty much started the way the previous one had ended: The coronavirus has still got the world — and that includes Switzerland — firmly in its grip. In order to further limit the spread of the virus, we must all continue to observe the hygiene rules. And this situation has placed a few special heroines in the limelight. Whether at the office or at home: Cleaners are more crucial than ever!
Work-from-home mandates, closed shops and restaurants and the (for now) strict restrictions on closed and private events — the Federal Council’s new measures issued on 13 January suggest that our homes will once again become our permanent dwellings, at least until the end of February.
On the way to the home office in the morning...
Our women are continuing to do excellent work so that you may feel at ease at home. To ensure everybody’s safety, our women are equipped with certified FFP2 masks and disinfecting agents, and take care not to take any unnecessary risks even off-duty. It is really great and incredibly important to them to be able to continue to work on your assignments. Thank you for continuing to rely on us thereby giving our women the chance to make it through these difficult times.
And even though real socialising is rather difficult right now, we still believe that even the smallest interpersonal gestures can go a long way. So, take the opportunity to have a chat with your cleaner, talk about life, family or maybe even some newly discovered recipes.
