What kind of errand services do you offer?

Picking up dry cleaning, picking up medicines/prescriptions, grocery shopping, picking up mail, picking up shoe repairs, etc. We will be happy to take care of all of this for you with care.

How much will it cost me approximately?

We charge CHF 36 per hour (excl. VAT). Just get in touch with us and we can discuss everything together.

Online booking request

Choose one of the 7 services via "book now". Give us your preference of day and time, incl. interval. There you will also find our prices. In the FAQ's of the selected service you will find answers to your possible questions. Read also the terms and conditions.

Step 2

Information about the service

In an e-mail you will receive more information about the next steps and who will be your home help. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Step 3

First assignment

Your personal housekeeper will come to you for the 1st time and we will take care of your feedback and further adjustments. You will get access to your dashboard.

Customer satisfaction

Our Valeriana team is always available to answer your questions and address your concerns. We will be happy to take care of your needs.
